为了加深同事之间的认识与了解,增强公司的凝聚力和团队意识,我们组织了丰富多彩的活动,如:中国新年、每月生日会、国际妇女节、国际幸福日、家庭日、端午节、中秋节、团队建设、博禄俱乐部活动等。

2. 工作
博禄的人力资源业务伙伴模型是为了支持公司业务而引入的。通过人力资源业务伙伴系列访谈和人力资源开放日,人力资源部门致力于改善和促进与员工的沟通和实践,以更好地协调员工对人力资源实践的看法。
有效的在职面谈和员工对话在公司内部创造了一个双向沟通的环境。它向员工传达了博禄关怀员工的信息,让员工感到自己受到重视,并将此转化为对企业更强烈的忠诚度和责任心。

3. 健康
博禄实施了一个全面的健康框架,由满足员工需求的一系列方案组成。这包括全额支付的健身会员,关于急救、癌症预防、心理韧性、健康饮食、心血管疾病等的健康讲座,每日提供的新鲜水果和健康零食,以及公司组织的健康走活动。

4. 知识培训
每一位员工对于博禄来说都很重要,为了不断发展各级员工,公司提倡跨部门培训,以提升技能和职业发展前景。我们有一个培训日程表,包括为所有员工提供广泛的安全相关、道德在线学习、品牌和价值观培训,以及软性节能培训,比如驻足思考、人际交往和沟通技能、关键对话等等。公司也建立了一个迷你图书馆可供员工使用。

5. 情绪管理
为了解决员工的情绪管理问题,提供了员工援助计划给予每一位员工,为员工寻求应对挑战的建议提供了途径,我们还安排午餐会谈,内容包括情绪管理、断舍离、提高逆商等。


The 5 key pillars which guides Borouge Employee Wellbeing Program include:

1. Social
Aiming to create the opportunity to deepen the understanding between colleagues and strengthen the cohesion and team work among the company, we organize a diversity of activities such as Chinese New Year, Monthly birthday celebration, International Women’s Day, International Happiness Day, Family Day, Team Building, Dragon Boat Festival Celebration, Mid-Autumn Festival Celebration, BREAK Activities, etc.

2. Work
Borouge’s PTE HR Business Partner (HRBP) model was introduced to support the business. Through the HRBP Talking Series and HR Open Day, HR focuses on improving and promoting HR communication and practices to our employees for better alignment of employee’s perception of HR practices.
The effective stay interview and employee dialogue create a two-way conversation environment in the company. It sends a message to employee that Borouge cares, so that employees feel valued and important, which translates into stronger loyalty and commitment to organization.

3. Health
Borouge implemented a comprehensive health and wellness framework which encompasses a range of programmes to meet staff’s needs. This includes fully paid gym memberships, health talks on first aid, cancer awareness, resilience, healthy diet, cardiovascular disease, provision of fruits and healthy snacks, and a company-wide walking day.

4. Intellectual
Every employee counts and with a commitment to constantly develop staff at all levels, Borouge promotes cross-training across departments for skills upgrading and career development prospects. We have a Training Calendar that includes extensive safety related, ethics eLearning, brand and values training, and soft skills training such as Think On Your Feet, Interpersonal & Communication Skills, Crucial Conversations, etc. for all employees. A Mini Library is also available for employees to use.

5. Emotional
To address the emotional well-being of staff, Borouge offers an employee assistance programme that serves as an avenue for staff to seek counsel in managing challenges, and provision of lunch talks on topics such as Emotional Management, Danshari and Enhancing Adversity Quotient.

Borouge practices flexible working hours and the number of working hours are in compliance with local rules and regulations. Flexible working hours allow employees who have put in more hours on certain days due to business needs, to have the option to work lesser hours on other days to suit their personal needs.
